SAFE Community Homes is a new community-led housing provider which will own and manage 107 high quality affordable homes within the DestinationBootle project near the town centre of Bootle, on the Leeds-Liverpool canal.
Properties will include 66 Apartments and 41 Town Houses with gardens. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 and we expect to invite tenancy applications later that year.
