SAFE Community Homes is a new community-led housing provider which will own and manage 107 high quality affordable homes within the DestinationBootle project near the town centre of Bootle, close to the Leeds-Liverpool canal.
Incorporated in February 2020 by a group of residents from Bootle, a small town to the north of Liverpool, with support from the grassroots regeneration charity SAFE Regeneration, SAFE Community Homes (SCH) is born from an aspiration to create a new kind of neighbourhood.
Our aim is to offer high quality, affordable homes for local people who share our values. We are in the process of registering with the Regulator of Social Housing to become a non-profit registered provider of social housing, also referred to as a “housing association”.
